Carolelinda Dickey, Co-Director

Carolelinda has programmed for the Internationale Tanzmesse in Düsseldorf, Germany, for 20 years. In that capacity, she has personally engaged with artists, programmers and national cultural institutes (NCIs) from over 40 countries. Prior to the Tanzmesse, she was executive director of the Pittsburgh Dance Council, where she programmed national and international dance and contemporary theater artists for 12 years.

Andrea Snyder, Co-Director

Andrea has developed and coordinated an American delegation of artists, presenters, and others for international gatherings for over 10 years. She served as executive director of Dance/USA for 11 years, leading a period of tremendous growth for the dance field, including expanding membership to international organizations, and six years as National Endowment for the Arts Dance Program Assistant Director.

Together they launched American Dance Abroad (ADA), a project of Performing Arts Strategies, in 2011. This followed the 2009 release of their report, Dance America: An International Strategy to Export American Dance, funded by the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation.
