After a year of isolation and distancing, the importance of face-to-face networking is ever more important.  When possible, American Dance Abroad will once again assist artistic directorschoreographersadministrators, and artist representatives/agents with access to marketplacesinternational festivalsconferences, or other platforms for networking. Aerowaves Spring Forward: Three day festival of promising emerging choreographers held in a different European city in April each year. Val-de-Marne, France.

Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM): Australia’s leading, internationally focused industry event for contemporary performing arts. Melbourne, Australia.

China Shanghai International Arts Festival Performing Arts Fair (ChinaSPAF): The performing arts portion of the month-long China Shanghai International Arts Festival.  – Shanghai, China.

CINARS BiennaleInternational networking marketplace with showcases in dance, music, theatre, multidisciplinary arts and circus, occurring every two years in Québec. – Montreal, Canada.

Czech Dance Platform: Organized by the Tanec Praha civic association, presenting a selection of the most important works of contemporary dance and movement theatre in the past year.  – Prague, Czech Republic.

ICE HOT: Nordic Dance Platform that aims to present Nordic contemporary dance at its best. Next date/location to be announced.

International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA): Twice a year, ISPA Congresses bring together performing arts leaders to discover the next great idea, strengthen relationships, and rejuvenate their passion for the arts. 

internationale tanzmesse NRW: The largest professional gathering dedicated exclusively to contemporary dance, which takes place every two years.  – Düsseldorf, Germany.

IETM: Network of performing arts organizations and individuals that holds two plenary meetings a year in different European cities, and smaller meetings all over the world. 

Performing Arts Market Seoul (PAMS): A window to contemporary performing arts in Asia.  – Seoul, South Korea.

TPAM International Performing Arts Meeting in Yokohama: An opportunity for international professionals in the contemporary performing arts to interact through performance and meetings.  – Yokohama, Japan
